The Founder.

Tinus van de Pas founded T Talent back in 2013. After many years as an Engineering teacher, workplace counselor and international project manager, he realized that his vast network of universities and employers could lead to something valuable: making matches between students / young graduates and companies.

Now, 9 years later, Tinus gets great satisfaction from T Talent’s success in bringing job seekers and employers together, allowing him to make a difference early on in young people’s careers.
